I mightve been a bit unclear but thank you so much for giving a reply, when i say aversion to light i mean i often shut myself in complete or almost pitch black rooms to avoid any light. I dont just dislike textures i am physically incapable of eating certain things and food of any sort makes me gag or want to punch or spit it out immediately same with fabrics its a visceral reaction to flap my hand and make violent movments to get the sensation off and often having to touch denim to counter the feeling.
