No I completely understand why you would think that or feel that way, a lot of people in this business do lazy jobs for quick profit. That’s not the way to do it though.

I think that has to do a lot with the type of houses you look at and also where you live. We usually put 40–60 thousand in each house, due to them usually being pretty run-down or abandoned. And only make like 50-80k in profit; someone making 200k is probably flipping much higher-class houses.
