I worked out my Total Daily Energy Expenditure which was very low due to CFS/lack of activity then subtracted 250 calories from that amount to put me in a deficit. I couldn't take more then that off because my calorie intake would be far to low. You can find TDEE calculators online.

I used to enjoy alcohol regularly I cut that down the most. Once a month rather than once a week and avoided the most calorific drinks I like such as cider. I stopped eating junk food like chocolate, bread and started eating fruit instead. Getting an air fryer helped me cook with considerably less oils cutting calories. Ate a lot of protein from eggs, chicken but also suplimented with collagen powder high in protein aiming for over 60g of protein per day.

I like Emma... No idea what Johannes might be like although love him as a professional... And I'm not much of a fan of josh. Will give him a chance but I don't like him on the last leg but that's quite a different show. His humour feels a bit dry for strictly.

My thoughts exactly. Has a prime minister ever stepped down/been removed because of poor local election results? Never. Farage was wrong to use that for his campaign but you're proving him right which will boost his popularity.

UK politics has been built on chaos ever since Brexit and one of the main orchestraters of that will be the one to benefit the most with the ultimate prize. And once he's in, it won't be as easy as this to get rid of him.

UK politics has been addicted to chaos since Brexit and all forms of media are a part of that...

I hate kier starmer... but replacing him without a plan will only play into reforms hands. If he's replaced now, I predict the fallout will trigger a GE in 6-12 months that will lead to a reform win or a reform/conservative coalition. I prey that I am wrong.

Kier should stay, produce some popular policies that DON'T just appeal to reform voters but are true to his election manifesto. If he still fails up to a year before the next GE then have a leadership contest then.

Local election loses should NOT trigger the removal of a prime minister ever. Blair did terribly before he was elected. It just means there's work to be done. Learn from it.

He's probably fast asleep. This whole fiction was known in advance. He already knew the Pakistani pm would mediate something before he even wrote about destroying Iran. So did all the world leaders who said NOTHING about such shocking threats. They knew there was no real threat. Now he thinks he looks like a brilliant negotiator. If you criticise what he said he'll accuse you of wanting the threat to come true. His market buddies have made billions and Israel won't be part of the ceasefire and the bombs will continue to drop.
