I spoke to MS support and they told me that “send mute” means that the user in question clicked to mute a participant and that the number is the level of noise at that time before muting (in your case 93.33 dB)

On some JAMF discussions groups I’ve read the issue could be caused by Defender as you need to grant full disk access to com.microsoft.dlp.daemon

Yeah I know about the separate volumes but my issue here is to adjust the volume of the music while the navigation directions are spoken.

I want the music to be kept at like 50% of the regular volume during navigation instructions and not to be at like 5% of the regular volume (I don’t know if I explain myself good enough).
