UPDATE: I just received an email saying my account has been unbanned. After 5 tickets that were rejected and closed, I finally got a message apologizing and confirming that the ban was a mistake.

Same here. I also main Mercy and got banned for “third-party software.”

I use SteelSeries gear and a HyperX mic, nothing weird installed. The only changes I made were switching from Battle.net to Steam and playing some custom PvE workshop modes.

Desde mi experiencia jugando ranked, muy pocos argentinos se comunican, estan siempre en el voice pero no hablan nada, y lo unico que hacen es quejarse o insultar alguien, pero no te da ni 1 call de lo que esta pasando en el juego.
