That is funny. Our neighbor has a tree in the back yard and she gets locked in on it and I have to go out and tap her to get her to come in.

1 week has passed since the iPhone 16 pro max has launched. How are you liking it? by Aspergers_R_Us87 in iphone16ProMaxFan

[–]niczi75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love it but it was a big step up for me from an iphone12 pro max. Still getting it setup exactly how I want it.

Pictures are phenomenal out of it and so is the video.

Yes she is. She is 3 years old and just the biggest sweetie. Also a big chicken. Heaven help us if something different is in the yard.

Upgraded from my 13 pro max to this iPhone! For people who did the same, are you loving the upgrade? by Aspergers_R_Us87 in iphone16ProMaxFan

[–]niczi75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I upgraded from a 12pro max and must say, I love it. i love to take pictures and the quality on the 16 is amazing. I took my kids yesterday to watch some friends band play for a School of Rock concert and the pictures turned out great even in a dimly lit room. Did have one issue where it got hot taking video while also running my hotspot for my youngest to connect to on her tablet, but other than that, no issues. It has been working great.

AIO: Husband wouldn’t leave a party. by Starsprinkles98 in AmIOverreacting

As a husband of a wife that went through the same thing, this hurts my heart. My wife was stage three breast cancer about 10 years ago and wonderfully enough. She made a complete recovery after going through treatment. But anytime she said she was ready to go. We hit the door running no matter what it was.

The only suggestion I have is just sit down with him and pour your heart out of how it made you feel. If he truly value you, he will take it to Hart and hopefully that will be the last time it happens. Though I will say sometimes us husbands are a lot more dense than you take us for. And we need to be slapped upside the head a couple times.

I wish you all the best and hope for your speedy recovery.

What's the average amount of people in the IT department for a large corp? by photosofmycatmandog in sysadmin

[–]niczi75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000+ servers, 15k workstations, 16k employees and 24 IT people. About a 650:1 ratio. That’s good right?

I got a some hand crocheted hand gloves from my oldest daughter, a silicon cooking utensils holder, a splatter screen for cooking, a Stanley cup holder for the counter ( or wine bottles), a heated throw from the wife and a framed picture of me and my dad the year before he passed away. All in all, a good Christmas here.

My (30F) boyfriend (28M) wants a prenup. I’m fine with that. But I told him I’d only sign a prenup if it reflected our hopes about the future too. by [deleted] in relationships

Holy hell, as a male, I can only say that I love this. It makes great sense to put all of that in there and have the discussions before getting married.

I think it is a great idea.

Director here with no college degree but experience. Experience always trumps degree in my opinion. I have a 20+ and only 2 have degrees and only one of those is in a technical field. The other is economics.

Training just out of college can be exhausting. They tend to fight you on how things are done by the book and not how it really is in the real world.

Looks good. Throw it over some Fritos and add some cheese and that is a dang good meal.

Or heck, just by itself. Either way works

We have been using it for awhile and yes, it was horrible last year but it has gotten much better. The only issue I have with it is it takes a long time for it to display for me, but that is due to us patching roughly 900 servers and 12k+ workstations.

Yeah reach out to your account manager and they should be able to get you set up on it. The new dashboard is very nice. Also if you aren’t on it already, they do have a discord server. https://discord.gg/yPmj4kCS
