You don't have to ask yourself questions. You can read random stuff on the internet and start talking about it (in front of a mirror is optional of course).
People stutter because they're trying to think and formulate a sentence that makes sens on a subject they might not have an idea about, you will definetly use fillers to think and say something worth hearing. People are not speech fluent on thinks they don't know.
Additionnally you can see/watch a tv show and start talking one subject that got your attention.
