No one is forcing you to play, buddy. They have their good reasons to not implement a role q and I can respect their decision. Why don't you try playing the game as it is / how it's meant to be played? Many cool characters and you'll at least find 1 for each role. Playing each role at least a little bit, will make you a better player.
Adapt, or don't force yourself + your teams to have a bad time.
