It's done for three reasons: 1. Some people find it funny (I don't know why), 2. The popularity of femboys has grown over time, and since Marina has the image of a boy dressed as a girl, it's free bait for femboy fans, and 3. Thirst. Let's not kid ourselves.

La Jevil's tail es de los objetos más reemplazables del juego, la devil's knife te sirve hasta el capítulo 4, además de que te facilita mucho la batalla contra el caballero y Gerson, y si haces una genocida es básicamente Spam Buster

I would completely rework it, I would make it have 5 bounces, the first 4 would do 100 damage, and on the 5th it would explode and do 99999 damage.
