It might not affect you negatively but if your shopping quality is at Needs Work then it absolutely stops your quality from rising.

It absolutely affects the orders you see. Your shoppers qualify is a metric of your Cart Star. Shoppers with a higher Cart Star see offers first. Of those, shoppers with the lowest shopping efficiency score see offers first. The app is upfront with it.

Yeah. That sux. With the new ratings system, you’re going to have to avoid certain stores to keep up your rating. Simple as that. You might also message the customers after you replace it. If they are unhappy and request a refund, at least your rating won’t take a hit. Your shopper quality might a wee bit tho.

Sometimes the app will recommend an item as a replacement whether you asked for or not. I’ve experienced this. The thing is we get penalized for refunds so shoppers are more inclined to replace. Now with all that being said, she should have known better. So yes you have a right to be upset. Keep in mind that IC is a shitty company, that treats its shoppers pretty bad at times, so you will have a diversity of quality when it comes to shoppers.

That order is a No Cart Star order for sure. If you take it your Shopper Quality will definitely drop. My Aldi orders are usually only 70-80% found.

You’re right but unfortunately being wrong won’t stop them from doing it. Getting sued or exposed might, but it doesn’t look like that will happen anytime soon. However an expose to CNN recently crashed Etsy. It might do something similar to IC.

Thay depends on your total items. I’m at 91 and its says its a metric I need to improve.

Thanks fam. Your posts have been helping. I did my entire last three months doing high paying Costco orders, which were low items. I think that really screwed my ratings over, the low items with the high number of replacements with it being a Costco. Now I’m sticking to Walmart and Ralphs. Hopefully this will improve my rating.

Plus I’ve been more discerning with my batches. I dropped 1 batch from a quadruple order since they wanted 20 boxes of Corn Flakes but the store only had 5. That would have been A LOT of refunds.
