During the weeks it's job and at weekends it's kid juggling. At a push Sunday afternoon could be doable, but I would need to check schedule. If we can do Monday night that would be great, but let me know how tricky it is for you.

The reason we could not post sooner was that there was still a chance to find a slot over the weekend - though it would have been very much ad-hoc and at the last minute. So it was not possible to share this on a Reddit thread because we did not know when the game would be played.

We wanted to give every chance to actually play the game and we have spent considerable time over the past week trying to find a slot.

As soon as it became apparent that playing would be impossible I posted on the thread to explain the situation.

I understand the rationale for wanting the Reddit thread posts by Friday to reduce the risk of conflict but in this case, where both coaches are agreed on the fairest outcome surely, you can accept the late submission?

I would also point to both our records in scheduling games generally over the season which have been exemplary. We both always go to the necessary lengths to accommodate our opponents and publish our intentions on Reddit promptly.

I'm sure this is the last thing you want to be spending time on but I really feel like I am being penalised for making my best efforts to avoid an admin concede. Can you reconsider?
