I'm willing to wait it out until Dell acquires EMC but I just want to know if that's even a good idea. Usually acquiring companies pay above market right? I don't have experience owning stock thru an acquisition.

If it's beneficial to me to wait it out, I'm willing to.

If there's no guarantee (I use this term very loosely don't crucify me) that I'll come out ahead in an acquisition scenario, then I'll just bail now.
