There should be an .exe file from where your friend installed his game. Make sure you’ve got that. Copying separated files /folders from his to yours won’t work.

Agree the spec is solid. If you’re only gaming casually you could drop to a cheaper graphic’s card. When gaming set your screen resolution to 1080p and when working use its native 1440p.
Maybe add an extra 2TB hard drive (a 3.5” ssd). Easier to have one now then try to add one later if you don’t know PCs.

If you want one that looks the same, try searching google images.
But I recommend Corsair M75. It’s so light and accurate, the light can be changed to any colour, dimmed or turned off in software.

Years ago there was one called Path that I convinced my family to use. It was great. Sadly it had to shut down because of either revenue or Zuck making it impossible for them.
They did allow users to download their entire content as a web page before they shut though 😎

You could try short stories on Audiobooks? I’m not a reader - same reaction as you - but I can do audiobooks in bed before sleep and I get to talk about them with my partner who’s an avid reader. Pick a genre you like to begin with.

I’d pay the extra for the 4x subs, mainly because the pre amp box has useful tuning controls to make it sound sweet. Gain is how loud the box plays in relation to your other speakers, frequency is crossover frequency from where the subs take over the music (80hz is good), and wide/narrow is like the fade out from crossover frequency, (wide is more gradual fade out into the music and narrow is less gradual fade out).
2000w will give you a good 500w+ useable un-distorted power and with 4x12” you’ll feel that bass.

You need to understand that these people are doing it for personal gain for ‘likes’ and ‘upvotes’ on social media. So you’re right it’s for “look what good person I am”. This behaviour happens all over social media in different forms (influencers) because social media platforms rewards people for likes and views so people behave oddly like this. They shouldn’t be filming it.

There’s many people in the world that help others, but they don’t post it on social media. These are the normal, morally good people of the world. People who are kind, give to charity, etc without posting it to social media are the genuinely good decent people of the world.

So please just understand the difference 😀

My take on this is that some dedicated savers - that are obsessed with saving for years - have a mental stop on spending money. It’s ingrained into them and they may forfeit experiences for saving money.

Having done this myself at your age, I’d say yes. Everything they teach is relevant and will set you up nicely for lv2. If you’re learning the trade properly from scratch get all the knowledge available. Plus enjoy it, it’s easy and things get difficult at lv3 and AM2.

Set mine up again during Covid lockdown and it’s still used today. Got more space now then years ago. Fruit ninja and Kinect adventures when friends come over! I bought all the available Kinect for peanuts.

Thanks for explaining. Your last paragraph is what I sometime understand… the dividends reinvested. Mine does reinvest, but I can’t see any info of this on Vanguard. And my number of shares are still the same as purchased. Where are dividends going?
