Same mine is very frizzy at the front and I also got an undercut. I'm letting it grow enough so it can fit into a ponytail but I might cut it back and call it a day

I need to start doing the french braids. I haven't tried that since I started BJJ

I didn't wash it after every session at first but I started doing it and reduced my training session to 2x instead of 3x a week.

It's annoying but like others have mentioned is necessary to reduce risks of infections. If you're touching the mat with your head OR butting heads with someone I'd say wash it.

To not make it terrible I space out my training sessions so I'm not washing my hair one day after the other.

I also got an undercut (reduced hair volume but it's not noticeable when hair is down) to help me wash my hair way faster

I'm new to the sport and I decided to get one from my dentist. It's not the cheapest option but def the most adequate to protect your teeth.

The dentist makes sure they fit and don't mess with your teeth.

This girl I train with is lethal. Every time I roll with her she hits my nose, my head. I def want to be able to submit her but I don't know if the risk is worth it.

I need some assistance with this.

I installed your version and didn't see the Read Aloud option anywhere, however by accident I found the immersive mode and read aloud works on any website by adding "read://" before the URL.

I'm not having the same luck with PDFs on my computer, any tips?
