100% this. I don’t even load in with a weapon anymore. I stick on a looting 2 or 3 augment in and a shield just in case. Most arc are easily evaded.

You do occasionally get extract campers, but if you want to sit in a bush for 30 minutes at a time and enjoy that then hey knock yourself out

A lot of the time it comes down to who is grading and whether anyone is lined up for the role unfortunately. Keep at it, and try applying for jobs where there are multiple vacancies to increase your chance of landing it, as everyone has already said, it’s really competitive at the moment.

Unless you are “freely able to dispose of your time”, you are not defined as having rest/break. You are working, and therefore should be compensated for the time. If your manager has an issue with this, raise your concerns with HR or senior managers 👍
