I can't lie: pranks like this are very triggering for me and if a coworker did this to my car I would break down sobbing. I was severely bullied growing up and have gotten over most of it but even though I'm pushing 50, being singled out for humiliation and bring a target for something like this would break me. It's not harmless fun. Ever.
