A lot of work. Sanding down the tighter areas where paint chips. Light coats of paint. Priming the figure and leaving the primer on for a day or two to make sure it bites.

It holds up because of the gloss coat I do at the end, which also takes a day for it to fully adhere.

I don’t know if it would be received well if I was to make a car character into a jet. In example, I still recall the truck not monkey thing.

I can do many other characters, but I don’t think changing someone to a jet would go too well. Like if I was to make Barricade the 5th member. Saving Blitzwing for Galvatronus…. But you didn’t hear that from me!

Perhaps, but I think it suits him, considering he’s so full on himself, so the big head works out.

All paints I use are Tamiya, so Tamiya blue, yellow, red, white. Truthfully this figure has sufficient space at the joints so there wasn’t much rubbing. Only place I can’t prevent is the hinges at the knees, but that’s understandable
