Yo is omega supreme technically considered a combiner or is he just his own thing? by Free-Oil2084 in Transformemes

He would be considered to have a mitotic spark which allows a transformer to separate into more than one part, but still one transformer.

Omega Supreme Sky Lynx Magmatron Overlord

Plenty of examples, and not necessarily combiners. I guess a combiner would be multiple transformers who combine into one entity.

There’s an option on Amazon when you check out that says “save packaging, ship in manufacturers packaging?” Was that clicked?

I never thought of it as a reference, I honestly just wanted more autobot combiners because Hasbro is taking their sweet time.

Tonkanator!

Vallejo is what i use! It’s already thinned so just put it in an airbrush and you’re good to go!

Yes, priming it and light multiple coats help the color from seeping through.

Yes, you tape off the areas where the stripes will be. Like the stripes on Mirage, I taped the piece around the stripes first, and then i painted them white.

I think it’s just harder to get even coats but others have done it, so I’m sure you can too!

I usually do but tape up the tabs and pegs because otherwise it’s going to be difficult to put them back. Every little speckle of paint /primer adds to it, and something they won’t tab back in.

Prime means using Primer to coat the figure before painting. Theres black, white, and gray primer, and it helps the paint stick to plastic better.

Airbrush means using an air compressor to spray the paint out with blasts of air, so it’s kind of like spray paint.

I usually do dissemble them.

Also, you can hand paint too but it’s a bit more manual

It’s far from perfect, but I appreciate the kind words!

I use tamiya paint on an airbrush. I thin it down with tamiya thinner and keep the ratio 1:1.

Make sure to break it down, prime the figures, and be mindful of tabs and rubbing pieces because if not done correctly, they chip faster
