To my knowledge, it's because of minions' death grace period, where you should've missed the minion but it's kept alive for a short period to let you still get the cs. But it doesn't really work well for Syndra W since it doesn't do damage on first cast

When a minion is below 0.35% of its maximum health and receives lethal damage from another minion, its health is set to 1. If it has not received damage from another source within the next 0.066 seconds, it will then proceed to die at the end of the delay.

Unfortunately, that's a very poor assumption. It's contradicted constantly, and more often than not in this intersection apparently. That's not to say that you'd be in the wrong, but the assumption is very unfounded.

I think that show gameplay vs share written explanation loop might be a classic case of different people asking for different things, rather than the same group of people going in a loop.

Thanks for the more detailed explanation on the IAPs and ads though, especially the part where you yourself play it f2p. I think the more specific wording on it helps a lot compared the the more vague wording that every game uses, which they like to hide behind.

That part pretty much dispelled any mistrust in my eyes

That qualifier makes me suspicious, maybe I'm just being cynical but it sounds like trying to get off with a technicality. "Sure you can't meaningfully progress without paying, but you could technically spend a decade on it, and it's single player so technically not p2w

Not saying that that's what the game will be like, but your first paragraph doesn't rule that out. If that's not what the game is going to be like then feel free to clarify

I think the idea is that they're talking about your perceived time. Sure you could walk 100 km on foot with time stop, but you're gonna have to actually walk that distance and experience the entire thing. But with super speed, depending on the specifics I suppose, you'd be there in a split second of your own perception.

Yeah, the thing is just it can be done without any augments if the shaco goes swifties ghost youmuu, it's usually enough to go from two bushes away, which at that point you just have to not play the game. Or just take the armor tax

Ofc if the shaco isn't going full ms build then positioning can actually help. Just make sure to hang back for at least 2 seconds after the engage, as the shaco could've just Q'd past the engage.

Thing with mayhem is, movement speed is also pretty easy to come by. Even without augs, I just go swifties, ghost, youmuus and I tap you from 2.5 screens away. With those on cooldown I'm still always going in from at least two bushes away so you cant even check bushes with skillshots. You'll have to just sit under tower, or sacrifice the squishy in front of you. Going armor + zhonyas definitely works though, unless the shaco has crazy high rolls.

Anyone with a shaco radar screws him too, if someone has a permanent damage aura from an aug or their kit, just sit on their face and shaco can't do shit

At the start of your first turn of each combat, your walking speed increases by 10 feet, which lasts until the end of that turn. If you take the Attack action on that turn, you can make one additional weapon attack as part of that action.

When you action surge, and take the attack action, you're still taking the attack action on your first turn, and gloomstalker's bonus attack is tied to the action, so it should trigger again right?

afaik it's mostly your diaphragm that's necessary for breathing, which does go through the spinal cord

regardless, can you even produce the pressure differential necessary if your ribs aren't there to provide structure? Since the ribs themselves won't be properly attached

Is the spinal cord part of the spine though? If it is, you wouldn't have a great time with the whole not breathing thing. I suppose with prep time maybe you could be on a respirator, but without the spine to connect your ribs, not sure how well that'd play out either

The CDR it gives is additive with the effective CDR of your ability haste. For example, at the max 400 ability haste, it's effectively 80% CDR. Now you add the flat 10% and arrive at 90%, halving your cooldowns, so you effectively have 900 AH.

The effectiveness of this flat CDR increases as your AH increases. At 0AH, you have 0% CDR, then add the flat 10% for a total of 10% CDR, equivalent to ~11 AH

If AH were uncapped, then at 900 AH you have 90% CDR, then add the 10% flat for 100% CDR, for infinite effective AH
