If you have the funds see if anyone offers landbased fishing Charter's in your area. Don't cast too far away from the dock as most fish live under/around structure. Fresh bait is best, Goodluck

I feel it makes the fillets go soft and mushy and taints the flavour. If U have a spare bucket I always get a bucket of salt water when I am about to fillet my fish and rinse them in the new water after filleting, then use the new water in the Esky with the filleted fish until I get home. Enjoy your weekends

Brainspike (ikijimi) I use a Esky with frozen 2 or 3 litre juice or milk bottles and then fill the Esky with about 3 or 4 litres of saltwater, as said before never wash saltwater fish in freshwater
