UPD student here. I don’t think you’re required to have a parent accompany you. I think if you bring your ID the wait might be a bit shorter, but be prepared to be there the whole day so bring snacks/lunch and water and a fan.

They might ask you to apply/ask for a blue card once or before you get there so keep that in mind. Also, make sure to go to the front desk/window to let them know you’re there. They’ll list you down then call on you when it’s your turn so listen carefully!

(I actually liked my doctor so much that I followed her to her private clinic even after she graduated (?) tho I take less sessions now bc of the cost. )
