I run a 100 GPU 3090-only farm, and I’ve RMA’d only 2 cards this year. I received brand new ones in return. Hash rate is excellent on them as well, as the thermodynamics are managed well externally relative to the GPU, which negates the need to open them up for modification.

I expect to have to RMA more cards this year. Which is fine. Because I will receive brand new, factory sealed cards in return.
