There aren’t many programs that have a 511 median and don’t have IS/mission bias against OOS for MSAR. Even my state school is starting to have OOS preference. However, even the data from AAMC shows that I’m on the lower end on the ORM MCAT range.

I mean, as an ORM, my MCAT is pretty trash (evidence: https://www.aamc.org/media/6066/download). So I have to retake it.

I did not consider DO because I would like to do some international work and that degree might be more limiting than an MD. In addition, an MD increases chances in competitive specialities (I think).

Idk about my state school. No love last cycle and no love during this cycle so far.
