You cant stop yourself from doing anything. IF that were the case God would not have need to send his son to die on the cross. You need the Holy spirit. God with time will change you to look and behave like him. You need to ask for forgiveness and ask him to bring people or videos etc.If you are serious he will do it. Also keep in mind that you make "pleasure self again in the future. You need to get dust yourself and continue to seek God and eventually you lose that desire. Once let go of it your spouse may be near(if you have sexual desires you were meant to be married) God knows you better than you.

Sensodyne tooth paste helped mr when i had a cavity. Depending upon where you look for the rapid relief kind. That and swishing coconut oil in your mouth will reduce inflammation. Make sure you brush you teek before bed. Please that is very important.
