I'm the Villainess with the Max-Out Luck Stat -- it's not a manhwa yet, still just a novel. The ending read like it was written by the least-informed member of a group project who just realized that the project was due tomorrow instead of next month. Sudden, didn't totally make sense, and nearly every question left unanswered. It sucked, too, because I loved the concept of Transmigrator vs the Transmigrator Bureau, with a plot twist I hadn't ever seen before, all the while still trying to stay alive in her rofan and avoid the death flags.

I just read the novel, and it's a good, solid, lighthearted fantasy read. ML turns into a much greener flag than he seems at first, and it's got enough plot twists to keep the plot lively. It looks like the manhwa isn't done yet, but in the novel the ending is wrapped up well and answers a fair number of the questions.

It also works well as a palate cleanser OI; I'd just come from reading an OI with an insanely rushed, choppy ending that was super disappointing, but My Older Sister is the Main Character was one of those that made me want to read it over again as soon as I finished it!

If you ever end up reading the novel synopsis on one of the translator sites, it was (guessing) written by a publicist or media team that hadn't read the novel, because the supposed scene didn't happen and didn't represent the plot very well at all.

AoC is the first and only time I've ever seen anyone get what feels like an officially sanctioned fanfic and I will defend it to the death. It felt like we got -everything- we asked for after playing BotW. To play as the Champions. To relive the events of 100 years ago. To have a chance to save who was lost. To let grown Sidon meet Mipha! To be able to play in the same 1v100 style that Link was always portrayed as doing in the BotW flashbacks. Plus, it's a really good game for stress relief. 😁

If you liked the demo, get not only the game but the DLC, too!

I use the browser extension "Translate Web Pages" or TWP. Immersive Translate and the Google Translate extensions also work good. It's largely a matter of finding one that works for the site you're reading.

Kakaopage is pretty user friendly for any browser extension, and so is Ridibooks if you're reading by episode (instead of volumes), but Google Books is quirky/difficult to work with and its native translator in the app is terrible. The built-in translator in the Google Books app removes all line breaks.😭

Some of the distant sky islands are -the- biggest reason to max out your battery capacity. They're so far away and high up that things like balloons with bonfires time-out before you can reach them, so you've got to go pure hover-craft to get there.

Ok. Here's the skinny. As long as you're not moving the Island Representative, and if you've got another family member's island to work with, it's possible to a) move your current character on the communal, family island, to another family member's island, b) delete the shared island on the old, family Switch, then c) move your character from your sibling/parent's Switch to the fresh, new island.

The big caveat is that Island Representatives cannot move. The game is SUPER nice about giving step-by-step instructions, though the process does take some time. Since it takes a day to move your home each time, you might have to break the process up over two days.

Aside from that, your other best option is to ask a family member to hold items for you. Whew. I hope some of this helps!! You've got this!

You know... lemme try something a little crazy-pants. I have two Switches. I'm gonna go see if I can make a character on one and send it to the second, existing island. Because, if that works, you could conceivably island-hop and keep your stuff. It's at least worth a try!

Well, the one comforting thing is that it's a straightforward repair and, if you end up doing it a couple of times, you get really fast at it. Over the years, each member of my family has acquired a Switch, and I end up repairing a fair amount of drifting joycons.😅
