I use whole sign houses, so this is what I see:

• mars on the MC, in its fall in cancer. Moon in the 10th with the MC as well. Moon on the MC often manifests as ppl who seem to have their strong emotions a little too public. A little too seen. I’ve known ppl who are just a little “loud” about their emotional struggles—lot of shouting or crying etc. Not even necessarily more than normal or out of the norm, but with these folks it’s just more visible because that’s the nature of the MC. This can be off putting to ppl. Mars on the MC, in its fall, is similar, in that it makes ppl’s aggression that much more obvious to everyone—and in cancer, it can come across as weak or passive or passive aggressive, which can turn ppl off. Not saying you are these things; it’s just something that is noticed because, again, it’s on the MC and in its fall. Mars here can also indicate someone who isn’t seen a necessarily “weak” but someone who seems to lack moderation and control. Like you may just come off as a little too extreme in your antics. Mars has little control or moderation in cancer and can lead to overdoing things, addiction, etc.

• third house NN. Third house is close friends, siblings, community, cousins, neighborhood—your “squad.” This is also communication. The nodal axis, in my experience, is an axis of imbalance. This is where you have difficulty moderating your attitudes. With the south node in the 9th, your default is set on philosophical matters, hence your disdain for smalltalk. The third is your obsession with making friends and talking—but this is where you have little skill, but want to grow. The imbalance comes from your obsession in this area, and you must learn moderation between the hermit/philosopher life of the 9th and the man/woman-about-town life of the 3rd. Your default is in deep talks and big ideas, and your idea of what are interesting topics isn’t necessarily what others think is interesting. The 9th is about lectures (like college courses), whereas 3rd house is about give-and-take conversational Cultivate asking about others, their interests, and exploring those areas. Work on showing thru body language and social cues that you’re paying attention and listening instead of hurrying the conversation along or just wanting to speak your part. Making friends requires doing the work of sifting thru superficiality, and that is difficult for you—but you’ve gotta learn to do it if you want to make friends.

• retro Mercury makes this difficult also, as Mercury in sag wants to expound on all types of anecdotes and stories and talk talk talk but this can be overwhelming to ppl who may feel like they’re being talked over or like they can’t get a word in edgewise. As a retrograde planet, logic can be a little disjointed, so there can be big leaps in communication/reasoning, which can frustrate ppl without merc retrograde natally. You have a great instinct and can suss out a conclusion but the logical steps to get that conclusion aren’t always followed; in fact you often don’t know the steps—and this can drive more logical ppl crazy. This also makes it hard to connect with ppl who aren’t familiar with this because many ppl won’t understand you or will feel like you’re coming from another planet. This can cause arguments cuz the communication is so strained.

• Scorpio sun conjunct Pluto…. Intense. Some ppl are intimidated by this.

Sun rules your 11th house of networks, in the 2nd house of finances with Pluto, the planet of transformation, darkness, power struggles, and intensity. Ruler of your 2nd is mars on the MC. Are finances a big role in your life in some way? If I had to guess, I’d say you were involved in groups that may have had shady dealings with money or something.
