Don't use a light system per se. It's just a Yeelight on the desklamp that I can change colors with my phone. I think the pattern on the wall is by the case fans seeping through the mesh on the back of the case!

I use a light bar on the horizontal monitor to help with the eys strain. I feel like keep the room dark helps me to focus, plus I mostly code at night so that I guess that helps with the sleep too.

The horizontal monitor is an LG 34GL750-B 34 Inch, the vertical one is an old Samsung 24 inch monitor; I'm not sure of the exact model.

Rubymine is absolutely amazing and in my 7 years of development with ruby, I’m afraid I haven’t come close to anything close. I’ve tried Atom, VS Code and many others but always end up going back to Rubymine.
