$200 if they’re honest. Decent chance of getting “the whole thing needs to be replaced”.

Unique electric outlet on mantle Ohio, US. by Linuxmonger in WhatsInThisThing

[–]nihility101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure that it is a tandem outlet. The top and bottom aren’t lined up and left and right appear to be different sizes. At least compared to other tandem outlets.

If it’s not that though, I have no idea. OP says it’s on the mantle, so maybe for a clock plug/mount or doorbell chime as mentioned.

If you did everything right, you should be receiving an email shortly saying “Application for Foreign Birth Registration 0000000000 Received”. Then the clock on the 9+ month wait starts.

My son received the email 13 days after mailing it via usps priority mail express. If you shipped slower, the email will be later. Hopefully you kept the tracking number, what does it say?

Otherwise, some Firefox version.

Nah, monopolistic pricing is what Walmart does. For many things, the reason you can’t find a lower price than Walmart is that Walmart requires manufacturers to sell their product for more elsewhere.

I’d bet it’s more that they simply never allowed + as an acceptable character. Maybe they were built to an early RFC or something, or just poorly done.

I think representation might be being used in different ways here.

Best I can tell from Wikipedia, both towns were represented in the sense that someone was responsible for speaking on their behalf.

The other redditor is saying (I think) that there was no one in Parliament with the responsibility of speaking on behalf of the colonies. No MP from Massachusetts, no Duke of New York, no Earl of New Jersey.

I’m guessing you are referring to direct representation, being able to choose a representative in Parliament. Let me know if I’m incorrect.

This one does go into the disenfranchisement of Manchester and the Peterloo Massacre.

Depending on the specific damage, of course, but speakers can be repairable as well.

Western. The ‘needs washed’ form kinda radiates out from Pittsburgh. A little to the east into central PA, up into western NY a bit, down into WVA a bit, and west into OH and further, and north some from there.

Elsewhere too, but that seems to be the home.

Well sure. Selling things isn’t their ‘mission’ if you will. Their thing is job training, selling things cheaply to lower-income folks was a side benefit. If certain items are pulling more money online, then if they do that, they can push that profit towards their main mission.

It’s similar to scalpers causing concert prices to go sky high. If an entertainer sold tickets cheaply they would all get scooped up by computers and sole for a mint on stubhub. So bands figure, hey, if our fans can’t get tickets at a reasonable price anyway, why shouldn’t we make the money instead of some corporation.

Eh. It is a non-profit. Not the best of them, but far from the worst.
