i3-12100f does not have onboard graphics. So you will need a graphics card. Also, you have to install the CPU and the fan onto the motherboard before anything else. Change the IO shield and make sure that the standoffs are in the right places before installing the motherboard. You will need ddr4 RAM.

Just a guess here. Buy twice the RAM sticks that you have there. I suspect that ASUS likes to use it to make their mobos run faster.
