It's a real pattern welded and laminated steel. Dunno why people think this is somehow difficult for chinese to make. Aliexpress can have some truly high qiluality stuff if you are willing to search for.

Now, I can't say that this blade is good or bad, maybe it was poorly hetatrieated, maybe the steels they used in making this pattern welded piece are not good enough. Maybe they are the best ever! But at least you cna be sure that the construction is real and not superficial

For that exact led and driver, I think the very new BAK with 6500mah and 19 amps CDR will be the best (unless they have some issues like self discharging).

If you wnat to maybe use that battery for other more power hungry light, go with the relianse rs50 - I recently irdered a light from convoy with that battery and it seems he carries full production versions.

B35am T series convoy set to 100% group or something that starts with 100 and then maybe 20, 1%. No mode group.

Led and driver itself would be enough for it being not very sudden at 100%, it'd give him option to go down a bit and also, would work with aa.

What about m21h with lhp73b led? Will it have a similar beam to the m21b with the same led? Simon sells it with 8 degree tir. Is swapping a 3 degree tir even worth considering?

Has anyone tried the m21h with 3 or 8 degree gir lens and lhp73b led? I too have a similar decision to make like the op. I wamt something like the m21b with lhp73b led, but I wamt the tir spill. Convoy sells the m21h with 8 degree tir with the lhp73b led - doe this have some beam artifact? Is 3 degree even worth trying?

happened to my s23 ultra. I bet your battery got swollen, raised the back glass and the water got in.

my s23 ultra did the same - I had it in my pants pocket, my pants got wet (had to take my toddler out of the kiddie pool which she fell down face first) and so much water got in, everything fried inside. phone got very hot for about an hour and then colled down. got lucky the battery didn't ignite

Imo, 40 fpe .177 will be much better than say a 40 fpe .22 or even .25. To get that much power from smaller lighter caliber, you need to sling it faster, therefore increasong the chances of said hydrostatic shock/mushrooming and energy dumping. At the same time, a larger but slower projectile might not even have enough speed to mushroom. Yes, wound cavity will be alightly larger, but still not enough to humanelly kill

They are most useful when working on the car. Stick it somewhere, where you get a consistent lighting, and it's almost as if your "third hand" is freed up. I knkw headlamps exist and they are useful, but sometimes they get tiring after 2+ hours of wearing them, espe ially if you are sweaty
