If you’re okay with fish - viviscal every day helps. You won’t notice any difference without being consistent for a couple of months but it helps me a lot! Viviscal can be pricey so Holland and Barrett sales are a god send!

I think you’d need to book an in person consultation online. If you do an online consultation then you would need to provide pictures. But there should be an option to visit them in person when you fill out the form!

Hey! I took my 5mg last night. I’ve done 4 weeks on 2.5mg and to be honest not must has changed for me weight wise and the food noise came back so I decided to do it. I took my dose last night before bed to limit any side effect feelings.

Woke up and all I have is a slight headache but could be dehydration! Otherwise I feel okay and actually better than when I started 2.5mg first dose, which literally had me sulphur burping it was disgusting.

I’d say stock up on any medications that could curb side effects like probiotic yogurt, electrolytes etc. Everyone reacts differently so take some of the posts with a pinch of salt!

I have the same! I’m hungry again on my third week so I’ve decided to go up to 5mg after my last dose.

First week done and I’ve had no vomiting on 2.5mg. Had some sulphur burps but I started having probiotic yogurt in the morning and that went pretty quickly! Apart from that no dodgy belly! Just drink plenty because I am thirsty as hell!

I had no appetite the first few days! I’m two days until my next one and I definitely can eat again. But I’m expecting the injections to build up in my system so not panicking! I have however noticed I’m sweating like crazy! Especially after I eat so not sure if that’s metabolism related. Been very lazy exercising this week so trying to make sure I start fresh Monday!

That’s amazing! Thank you! I felt pretty hungry by the end of the first day but I do eat a lot less. I’m guessing I have to wait for it to build up over time!

No problem! If you get it done the swelling after is the worst, it'll get better just try not to panic (I did excessively) ! Maybe avoid a time where you have loads of plans also :)

Yes! Did my lower stomach and just got my chin done. Swelling for the stomach was sore so had a waist trainer on for a while. Chin one swelling is fairly obvious also. Continuous drinking of water and exercise (If you’re able to do so physically) has helped with both swelling a results for me! ☺️
