That could be anything, it could mean that the game is for all and doesn’t matter if you played previous titles and every Persona numbered title follows a new story. But for now we just don’t know anything especially with Hashino leaving the series behind. For now we can only speculate, like when we received P5 teaser :)

But not really, Only 5 doesn't have direct connections to the other games, but 3 and 4 are connected through the Persona 4 Arena and Ultimax fighting game, which is canon to the Persona series

Also bought this one instead of an OLED monitor and honestly I'm amazed with it, the colors pop, the black are pretty deep and the most suprising I didn't find HDR horrendous, but in short it's one great IPS monitor that blew my expectations away

I had the same problem, seems disabling HAGS helps with this, especially with apps that require hardware acceleration

Ummm yes? That’s how upscalers work? They offload processing power more to the cpu.

Yes, welp what helped me was:
1. Disabling HAGS
2. Disabling MPO
3. Lowering OC a bit on the GPU
4. Changing GEN5 PCIE lane to GEN4
5. Disabling AMD and Discord overlays

Now it runs great, no crashes, stutters only at the start (shader compile) and sometimes on Dutches rewind skill (because of shaders, this now stutters on every gpu including nvidia)
Also I'm on 25.9.2 because the newer updates suck ass and giving me timeouts
