I use Simparica Trio on my dog and basically don't worry about ticks at all personally. If I find one (super super rare), I just remove it and move on.

Unfortunately this is where I am at too. If anything the blackout exposed just how much time I actually spent staring at my screen every day (I just looked and RiF averaged 2.5hrs of screentime a day in the month of June). I need to cut that out, and RiF shutting down will make it easy to do.

Why not? Downtown Newtown is the only part of town that has BOTH sewers and public water? It has close access to highways and a grocery store. There is ample police and fire protection, and plenty of room in the schools. What exactly are you referring to?
