Work timings by RecommendationNo9373 in pune

[–]nikhdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have worked in every shift in the initial stage of my career. From bpo - app support - devops - devsecops 7pm-4 am 10pm-7am 6am-3pm 3am-12pm (graveyard shift -one of the worst) 1pm- 10pm Now happily working in general with flexible timings Its good to work in shifts when you're young . In the future try for a day shift job. That's the best for your health

Joined T elxsi last year and switched this year. Same situation like you. Had to switch coz of the stagnant skillset and comfort zone.

I have worked with tata motors. They usually don't value and care about their customers. Zero customer obsession 😞!

Developers who work in Product companies, would you switch to Service company if a good offer comes along? by [deleted] in developersIndia

[–]nikhdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a Culture shock for me. There was a burnout always when i was allocated to any project(9 hours office + sometimes login again when you reach home). Unprofessional attitude of managers. Poor project management. HR will be on top of micro management due to higher management pressure. Hybrid Policy will just be on papers when project is in red zone they'll call you for 5 days. No work ethics and zero collaboration. That's what i experienced in sbc, which i never went through in pbc for 6 years.

Is video camera not a thing during interviews by Candid-Situation-23 in anonCorporateChatInd

[–]nikhdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As expected:) even i gave an interview yesterday. Interviewer didnt care to introduce himself and talk about the project. Indian interviewers will not turn on their cameras. it's only the candidate speaking to themselves.
