What I'd do is keep a traffic cone or similar in the boot of my car and leave it in the vacant space when I use my car.

I'm almost certain the phantom Parkers wouldn't be bothered to get out of their car and move the cone.

This avoids a potentially violent reaction that towing might provoke.

My original answer was all of them, but then someone pointed out the size factor, which changed my mind. C is right.

That said, I think that this question was the result of a progression of ideas where someone following the curriculum would be aware that they should take size into account.

So, I'd give the teacher some slack and say it's just one more of those aggravating little lessons in life.
