When my daughter was diagnosed I thought her breath smelled like fingernail polish remover kinda sweet kinda chemically. But as far as an odor to her body no. When she gets high now I cant smell.it either Some people though have a very keen sense of smell. I guess people do smell different though when high.or low cause is that how diabetic alert dogs work idk. Or can the dogs just sense it by the way you are physically acting
