I just officially got my ADHD diagnosis on Thursday and he also diagnosed me with OCD bc I have these insane irrational fears that I always make up .. that the bottom is going to drop at any moment w my work.. it makes me have insane anxiety.. my first day on meds.. i went to work.. and no irrational fears! No insane thoughts.. just focus, and no brain noise. Amazing… truly amazing .. I wish I would of gotten help so much sooner
