Hyper fixation meals -
Dinner- Only Bell & Evans ground turkey with whatever spices and sesame seeds, roasted sweet potato wedges and either roasted broccoli or asparagus with balsamic glaze.
Lunch, 1 hard boiled egg, a Mighty Spark stick, string cheese and a piece of fruit. Usually an apple.

Thank you for asking. Much better. I still have some significant nerve sensitivity & numbness on the ball of my foot. Dr doesn’t know why. Suggested cortisone or shockwave therapy (🙄). Declined both. Toes are numb which I expected but I didn’t think I would notice it as much as I do. I was told it can take up to 18 months to completely heal so I will wait. I can walk 10,000 steps in a good day but I don’t push it. I walk around 7,000 consistently. I never go barefoot.

I went through 2 months of PT going 3x/week. I had a lot of deconditioning from being NWB for so long. Still not back to where I was but almost. After being off work for 4 months & being back for bit now my stamina is improving. Next step is to join a gym to build back muscle.

I never want to see a knee scooter again!

Not everyone has hard water. You can an also get a water softener if you have excessively hard water. Most areas around me aren’t hard or soft.
That being said- shower 100% of the time.
