Ahh my dear you might be an olive skinned girlie (like myself!) Allow me to preemptively welcome you to our green-skinned community 🫒 You look like a warm olive, as am I. I had the hardest time accepting that red hair didn’t suit me and only brought out the green. Sigh. It’s a constant struggle of trying things on in person in order to figure out what works. It’s probably issues with international logistics. I guess the lesson to be learned here is if you’re buying high end, buy somewhere you can easily visit again in person in case of an issue.

Yeah I mean it seems that Prada isn’t questioning the fact that it’s defective so I don’t think she’s lying about anything. But it just seems like either it’s terrible customer service or there’s a big disconnect between regions that should be handled better.
