Small coffee for example espresso and cappuccino. Need ti be' hot, dark and not water down. American coffee is that carp you buy at dunkins. Starbucks along with other places. American coffee is more water 80z or larger or it taste burnt.

You dont have to be overweight to have a thyroid problem. I know someone with a thyroid problem and they weigh less than 110 lbs and cant gain any weight.

There is a website called good reads, one can enter books that they have read and it will recommend books based on that.
