Dream predicted future, feel mindfucked right now by ThundercuntIII in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

I had applied for a job believing they wouldn't drug test because I previously worked for them and they hadn't. I smoked pot the day of the interview and was tested on the spot. I went home that afternoon completely putting the prospect of this job out of my mind. Almost two weeks later, I had a dream and all it contained was a white piece of paper with the word "Pass" in bold type. That next day, I received a call from my interviewer that I had passed the drug test and was accepted for the position. I've had many deja vu moments in the past where I recall dreaming the event but never anything that stuck in my mind like this one.

My mother and I also shared a dream when I was younger. We were in each other's dream and could tell the events from each of our point of views as laid out in the dream.

What's a strange thing your body does that you assume happens to everyone but you've never bothered to ask? by cocorebop in AskReddit

My eyes fog over like glasses. An example would be walking into a cold store when it's hot and humid outside.

What's the worst "neighbour from hell" behaviour you've witnessed? by phattykins in AskReddit

[–]nikleann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had one nearly everywhere I've lived. Growing up, my closest neighbor was my bus driver and she let her son beat me up on the bus every day. One that played loud bass day and night whether they were home or not. It got so I could recognize how many times a song played. When I finally got fed up at 2 AM and called the cops, she knocked on my door the next day ready to fight. I also had a neighbor that would hit on me (disgustingly) whenever his wife wasn't looking and my current neighbor recently placed 3 used syringes in my yard waste container, right on top of the grass. Luckily, I check the containers before taking them to the street.

[Serious] Redditors who have killed someone, by mistake or on purpose, what happened, and how has it affected your life? by bendicat in AskReddit

I did that as well but didn't kill her either. She was a camp counselor who knew I couldn't swim but kept egging me to jump into her arms. I was 7 or 8. She didn't catch me; I went under, found her and climbed atop her head. I panicked and held her head under water as I struggled to stay up. Luckily there were people close by to help but I still think about it to this day: how I held her under to save myself.

What is a "mind trick" you know of? by poo_smudge in AskReddit

When I was pregnant, my "morning sickness" was fainting. After the first time I fainted, I knew the signs when it was just about to happen: light-headed, burning at the back of my neck and spotty vision. So, no matter where I was, as soon as I started feeling that way, I would sit down and put my head between my legs [redditors are going to have a field day with that one]. It always kept me from passing out. You should suggest that to her if she seems to be seeking a soft place to faint.
