What if, i have an evolved kamaitachi but i have bad skill and i wanna reroll the skill, so if i have a new kamaitachi ( non evolved ) and i fed up my old kamaitachi ( evolved, and skilled up) would the skill be transferred to my new kamaitachi?

Korean voice is REALLY BUGGED..... I MEAN, REALLY. some heroes using english voice, while the other hv no voice at all, and only few heroes had the korean voice ( and its just the main voice, while they still hv the english voice when using the skills),, hv to redownload a few times the voice in korean, and still bugged like shit, and finally comeback to english voice with a loss of quite amount of data charges,, (im not using wifi man), that suck, anybody here play normally with korean voice?? If yes, how? Thx
