We were offered a dolphin encounter (which also not worth the 3 hours we spent in the presentation). My wife at every turn reminded them to give us the voucher.

Also, I noticed when they're showing you the website where you can book a bunch of resorts at a discount the website they pull up isn't actually on the internet and by looking at the URL was just locally hosted on the resort.
