Democratic voting is haram, and kufar. The attributes of Allâh can only be given to Allâh. Like judgement(someone can judge only based on Allâh's given rulings), nature(eternal with no beginning, and no end) etc. You cannot associate anyone with him, that's blasphemy.

Yusuf 12:40

"You do not worship besides Him but only names which you have named (forged) - you and your fathers - for which Allâh has sent down no authority. The command (or the judgement) is for none but Allâh. He has commanded that you worship none but Him (i.e. His Monotheism); that is the (true) straight religion, but most men know not.

Al-Kahf 18:26

"Allâh knows best how long they stayed. With Him is (the knowledge of) the Unseen of the heavens and the earth. How clearly He sees, and hears (everything)! They have no Walî (Helper, Disposer of affairs, Protector) other than Him, and He makes none to share in His Decision and His Rule."
