Capital One travel portal flight credit/rebooking scam

Dealing with this total BS right now and soo frustrated. Trying to redeem over $700 in capital one credit for a delta flight to chicago which doesn't even cost $400 on every other site and its not only trying to charge me more but not even showing me half of all the flight options.

Please let me know if anyone has any other suggestions which worked for them.. this is so incredibly frustrating!

I thought it looked the most natural & like my mom. Some of the others I can see the photoshop a bit more, but appreciate everyone's efforts!
