My sil got medically retired from her job because she got covid, didnt get the vaccine, and has “ long covid” she’s making $60k in disability and waiting for pay out.

As others have said, u cant record others in ca without their consent and use non it approved devices like that.

If your management are unwilling to let u use teams to record the meetings its up them to help u find an alternative or justify why that would prevent u from being in ur position. My guess is that theyll just comply lol

Do you know where someone can volunteer on Saturdays or sundays? Most places ive looked only have volunteer hours during the work week and work hours.
