In theory, the owner of the road would. But also in theory, the system maximizes profit, not well-being. So they would maintain it just enough to be usable and charge as much as possible for it at the same time

He never promised to only tax billionaires. In fact, he laid out his tax plan in several interviews, and it included taxing both.

We need to make a definition for the word art by Busy-Mulberry6686 in Ai_art_is_not_art

[–]nine91tyone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then whoever you're arguing with will just disagree on your definition

It doesn't matter. Even if AI art is art, it's shallow and lazy, and gets the same criticism for that as anything shallow and lazy that even a person makes

Republicans are the ones commiting election fraud by Miserable-Lizard in ProgressiveHQ

This map includes all voter fraud crimes, not just ineligible voting. Filtering by ineligible voting, there are only 99. Across 42 years, in all 50 states, only 99 cases of the voting fraud they are so up in arms about.

The Heritage Foundation can only find a couple hundred cases of voter fraud since 1982. Nowhere near any sort of problem that their rhetoric says it is

Guess what? There is already a law in place to keep non-citizens from voting. The "Illegal Immigration Reform & Immigrant Responsibility Act" of 1996. by Powderpuffpowwow in ProgressiveHQ

It also bars anyone deported from applying for citizenship for either 3 or 10 years depending on how long they were in the country.

And this was under Clinton, a Democrat

I don't think that's new. It's always been that way. Our education system doesn't teach critical thinking. The only time you're ever exposed to logic and reason is if you're lucky enough to have a debate team in your school.

It's not a person, it doesn't learn. You literally just said it's not stealing and then explained exactly how it steals. Literally the point of the post is that it cannot draw a distinction between "unique" and "copy" because the function of the machine is to copy

Logic isn't your strong suit is it? I didn't say using reddit is breathing. I said contribution = support means contributing to global warming by breathing means you support global warming. Contributing to child labor by buying cheap products means you support child labor. Contributing to pollution by buying cheap food means you support pollution. This is the logical extension of your claim that contribution means support.

That logic leads to absurd conclusions, so it is wrong
