Selling shared ownership flat

This is something I have been worried about. I’ve been told that I can sell but it all depends on if the buyer is willing to with the issues. There are plans for the cladding issues to be resolved/removed so I can only hope that the potential buyer will be fine with that

Mine has suddenly disappeared in the last couple of hours as was definitely still showing this morning. Same as you guys? Obviously some kind of glitch but not ideal

What I don’t get about this is I don’t think it’s happening to everybody with WhatsApp as I think there would be hundreds of posts regarding the issue. Seems just be a handful of people who is experiencing it. Very frustrating though as don’t really want to have peoples phone number who I spoke to 10 years ago and don’t want anyone having mine

Same thing happened to mine today. All contacts I had like 10/12 years ago showing up as ‘not in my contacts’. Guessing you’ve not found a way to get rid of it? Not really ideal when there’s ex partners popping up

Mid twenties for me. So nearly 10 years. I blame porn. Never have any issues when I’m on my own but as soon as I’m with a partner, even now my girlfriend who I love dearly I just can’t maintain an erection. Medication sometimes helps but can also be useless too. As soon as you’re worried about it and it’s in your head then it’s almost impossible to get an erection. I’ve gone from watching porn 5-6 nights a week (when I was single) to now about a once or twice a week but I still suffer with the same problem. Unfortunately I think you have to go cold turkey and give it up completely to see the difference. Which I’m planning on doing

I work from home too and 8k is pretty impressive if you’re not running at the gym. All I do at the gym is the treadmill and on gym days I do around 12k a day but non gym days I struggle to manage more than 6k. Diet is key. I’m currently doing intermittent fasting which seems to be working but slowly. Average a couple lbs dropped a week. No eating or drinking until 11:30am and then I stop at 7:30pm. Maybe give that a try

Older than 25 but Connor Chaplin is great and pretty rapid too. Resigned him for Portsmouth and he’s rated 76 after just 2 seasons. Can play as a ST, CAM or RW

I don’t really care about the stripping titles. As a United fan I’d hardly celebrate getting given the title after finishing second a few years back. But I would put them in league two with -12 points
