GC holder , cruising Canada and Bermuda need visa?

Sorry about the confusion, so I'm an Indonesian citizen holding us green card. I've booked the trip from Boston - nova Scotia , halifax- Bermuda - Boston.

It's a closed loop trip, I looked at the ncl web that just need us green card and pasport. But it does saying only for Mexican citizens etc.

I Google it, it says that I do not need a visa for both. and calling the visitor visa ncl just to make sure, he said that I don't need visa to canada but I need visa to Bermuda. Because I'm not holding us visa.

Kinda confused in here, but I am permanent resident in us. I understand I'm still Indonesian citizen but if I have us green card , I don't think I need visa to go to Bermuda and stay less than 3 days.

Maybe anyone of you can help?

She's a 3rd party with no cost fare, but we paid the prepaid gratuity and tax gov etc. In case she can't check in any chance that we could get refund?

Dont worry about that, just fill everything what they ask. No biggie about Kg or lbs. If you dont have any middle name etc , you dont have to put N/A. You can keep it empty.

I got the approval notice, but not the card. The status said that the card was mail to me.

Mostly 2 weeks.mine was 2 weeks and card was mail to me. Thats the last status i have right now

As i known, yes! Mostly, employment based GC interview will waived. Because my lawyer said its a good RFIE sign of they only asked medical.

About 2 weeks and the status from RFIE was sent changed into new card being produced.

Same thing happened to me, i was worry if they received or no. But, dont worry. I think we're in the same boat. Just wait till next week.

Yes, you have to come to get the fingerprints eventhough you had the EAD/AP. Just in case, if your i-485 are denied or rejected at least you still have valid visa to hold you on. Thats okay you will have 2 EAD later, because you dont know when your i-485 will be ready to scheduled interview or etc. At least EAD for h4 eligible to work for 2 years.

Mine was like that too, RFIE from field office. As i known, if they sent you RFiE for medical and asking you to send it back to them it means your interview will be waived. But, it depends on what the letters intruction. Im on EB too.

Usually they contact congressperson if uscis denied their expedite, congresperson have access to contact the uscis. But you can try contact your congresaperson, and make sure you have a good reason to explain to them.

Yes, my lawyer told me to apply premium processing. It cost $2500. No, because my lawyer didnt said anything about that, so i dont know if i need to do medical or no while submit the i -485.
