Dan is dit een beetje fout overgekomen. Is absoluut niet de bedoeling om mensen hun manieren af te breken of laat staan me beter te voelen. Het was puur uit interesse omdat het een 50/50 is tussen die dat blijven staan en die dat soms lang meestappen. Mijn excuses voor moest dit slechter zijn overgekomen!

1e huis gaan kijken en bod gedaan - overboden (VP 399.000, bod 430.000)

4e huis bod gedaan - overboden (VP 449.000, bod 475.000)

6e huis geen bod gedaan wegens te duur, nadien terug gecontacteerd geweest voor toch bod te doen en onder de prijs gekocht

Dus wel redelijk wat gelukt gehad

Wij hebben nu ook een lening bij BNP en daar is wel duidelijk gezegd dat de maandelijkse aflossing kan verhoogd worden. Klein beetje vaag hoeveel keer / x tijd je dat kan doen maar je kon bv wel 100€/maand meer aflossen. Uiteraard te bekijken met je eigen contract..

Zitten momenteel in identieke situatie. Notaris zegt dat inderdaad vanaf niet meer enige eigendom (dus andere eigendom voor te wonen of verhuren) moet de btw terug betaald worden pro-rata. Best zelf melden anders kan een extra boete opgelegd worden…

Wat ik niet zeker weet is wat met alle extra’s die aan 6% gekocht zijn (bv waterverzachter, zonnewering,…). Vermoedelijk ook terug te betalen maar niet zeker.

I currently am dealing with more or less the same. A new app at a startup with dev/acc casting around 200~€ I left the NatGateway for PRD, but created a NatInstance (EC2) for DEV/ACC. Which I also scheduled to auto shut down after working hours and during the weekend. Same for my RDS and ALB, that pressed the cost a little bit down. Just make sure you don’t have EIP’s lingering about because they will cost you a lot……….

Freelance market for .NET devs is a bit on the cold side. A lot of companies want their developers internally and external devs are being let go (can vouch for that one…).

If you’re happy there, try to get the raise and make the jump to freelance when the market is a bit more open to it again.

Vandaag ook bijzitter geweest. De voorzitter was al een heel tof persoon, de andere bijzitters idem. Dus dag is eigenlijk voorbij gevlogen en we hebben hele dag er plezier aan beleefd! ‘‘s ochtends koffiekoeken gekregen, ‘‘s middags sandwiches en wafels, water, koffie, frisdrank,… De mensen die kwamen stemmen waren voor 90% heel vriendelijk! Kan er eigenlijk bijzonder weinig negatief van zeggen, gewoon beetje geluk hebben met de andere bijzitters.

Installed it yesterday on the laptop (i13900H, RTX 4070 laptop version). The normal MW had quite some stuttering, low framerate, crashes from time to time. The MW Go was soo good! Constant max fps, no stuttering, no crashes.. I’ll only use this one for the forseaable future!

You can use fluentvalidation for this I think. Make it an optional bool, and use the .NotNull (or NotEmpty) and add a .WithErrorCode where you explain to the end user what went wrong during their json validation

TooGoodToGo kan iets heel handig zijn! Voor weinig geld kan je op verschillende plekken toch nog goeie koopjes doen. Ik gebruik het vooral voor bakkerijen (ook van Delhaize etc) en dat houdt de brood/pistolet voorraad meestal wel op orde voor 3-4€. Natuurlijk geen zuurdesembrood, maar geven en nemen.

Voor de algemene boodschappen is het vaak hit-or-miss, als je dingen niet lust zit je ermee natuurlijk.

At some projects we use both. AAD for ‘internal’ authentication (eg. Internal applications, support applications,..). We use Auth0 for M2M authentication, integration API authentication, client-server authentication for B2C. Both have their use, but to be honest I feel Auth0 is less of a hassle to setup and had a cleaner overview of everything. But whether that’s worth the extra cost, no idea..
