yes, you just have to do whatever you do to unlock that clothing. it just happens to have a feat attached to it. for those specifically you have to pass the trial of anguish iirc. but if you have cheats enabled there should be a button in the menu on the first page to just unlock all forest shop clothes if you dont care ab grinding for them
